MANDATORY: ONTARIO SCREENING REQUIREMENTS
The Ontario Screening Submission Portal is now open. All Staff, whether returning or new, must complete the online declaration before being approved to join a roster.
Screening Requirements by Year:

2023 or 2024 VSC Approved:
➤ You only need to complete the Online Declaration for the 2025–2026 season.
➤ Declaration must still be completed via the portal.

2022 VSC Approved:
➤ You must submit a new Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) AND complete the online declaration.

➤ To obtain a letter from SCFHA to submit when applying for your new Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC), please click here and fill out the form.

New Staff Members:
➤ You must submit a VSC and complete the Online Declaration before you can be added to a team roster.
