St. Catharines Brock Jr. Badgers
High Performance Development Program (HPDP)

The St. Catharines Brock Jr. Badgers High Performance Development Program (HPDP) is a premier skills and development initiative designed for elite female hockey players competing at the U11AA, U13AA, U15AA, and U18AA levels within the SCFHA Girls Hockey Association. This unified program fosters a collaborative and competitive environment where coaches, staff, and players work together across all four teams to prepare athletes for hockey at the highest levels of the sport.

A Commitment to Excellence

The HPDP is rooted in a “whole-player” development philosophy, focusing not only on skill progression but also on mental preparation, hockey IQ, leadership, and personal growth.
