Introduction to the U7 Hockey Program
The U7 Hockey Program (formerly known as the Initiation Program) is a fun, safe, and educational way for young girls under the age of 7 to begin their journey in the sport of hockey. This program is designed to introduce players to the basics of hockey, helping them develop fundamental skills in a positive, supportive environment.
Program Highlights
🏒 Fun & Engaging – Focuses on learning through play with an emphasis on skill development and teamwork.
🏒 Safe Learning Environment – Ensures players feel comfortable and confident on the ice with age-appropriate drills.
🏒 Inclusive for All Players – Open to new players and those with some experience. No prior hockey experience required.
🏒 Year-End Celebration – Players will enjoy a team photo, individual photo, and a year-end banquet to celebrate their achievements.

- Duration: Third week of October to mid-March

Program Schedule

- Players will have one practice per week, with a focus on skill development, fun games, and ice time with their teammates.
