Please complete the following application form if you are interested in coaching a House League team for the 2025/26 Season. Important - this form cannot be saved – the form must be completed in one session. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected]. Note - All Head Coaches must have up to date courses as listed: Coach 2 minimum, Respect in Sport, Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Screening. No Coach will be given a team without the mandatory courses. If you are in the process of obtaining your coaches certificate, please reach out to SCFHA and discuss this with the House League Director.
